Raatri Dhyan (Night Meditation)

This Meditation Practice is a simple process for all those who are :
* Tired and stressed after working.
* Having less time for spiritual practices.
* Suffering from insomnia.
* Want good quality sleep.
* Want to wake up with new energy and freshness.

Before reading the process and about this Dhyan, make sure you inform me and start. Any spiritual process may seem to be simple but are effective and it makes very huge transformation. Even a small dust particle if sticks to eyes you can’t control because this human body so sophisticated and is more than what we have known about it till now. Serious practitioners only go through this after informing and discussion.

This Dhyan process is done at night before sleeping.
Before sleeping at night, lay down on bed, make your bedroom dark, close eyes and exhale breath with force.

Begin from exhaling, not inhaling. With force exhale breath from mouth producing sound of “Oooooo….”. As sound becomes more clear naturally “Ooommm” sound will come, you just need to say “oooo……” While exhaling from mouth. Suffix “mm..” of OM will come naturally.

You don’t need to do “Om”, but do only “Oooo” and let the “MMM…” come naturally and this will happen when you completely exhale breath saying Oooo…and at end MMM will come. Once complete breath is exhaled close the mouth and leave the body to inhale air from nose.

You don’t put any effort to inhale, leave the body to inhale. Work of taking is of body. Don’t stop the breath. While inhaling don’t put any of your effort on how much to inhale or not to even stop inhalation….let the body inhale as much it want naturally….you just need to leave breath by mouth with force.

So, for 10 minutes you need to repeat this process, exhale from mouth saying “Oooooo…” till the end of exhalation of complete breath as you end naturally “MMM” sound will come as you close mouth. After closing mouth be effortless and leave the body to take inhalation and again exhale with”Oooo…”.

After 10 minutes you can stop and sleep in that bed itself. From this, quality of sleep increases and sleep will have no dreams. Also, when you wake up in the morning a complete freshness and energy can be seen within us in mind and body.
