Yog means Union – Part 1
“Yog means union. Union of soul and God – a creature and the soul.” A state which ends the nature of duality. The one who attains this state is called Yogi. This is the pioneer state of human. This is the state which a disciple is been moved to attain by Guru. This is the state where Guru-Shishy, Devote-God are not two but one.
There are many path, techniques to attain such state. Here is few techniques to attain this state which I received directly from the Supreme.
